Strategic Oversight
Altamayyuz is governed by its Board, which defines the strategic direction and ensures effective oversight of the Academy’s performance and long-term objectives.
Board Committees
The Board operates through three specialized committees that support governance and decision-making:
- Executive Committee
- Technical Advisory Committee
- Board Audit Committee
These committees provide financial, operational, and technical oversight, ensuring alignment with the Academy’s mission and the delivery of impactful outcomes.
Representation
Each committee includes representatives from the founding members and reports directly to the Board, reinforcing accountability and strategic alignment.
Operational Leadership
The day-to-day operations of Altamayyuz are led by the leadership team under the direction of the Managing Director.
The leadership team is responsible for executing the Academy’s strategy, managing operations, and delivering programs in line with Altamayyuz’s mission and objectives.
