About Altamayyuz Academy

The Altamayyuz Academy is a new type of finance school with a clear mission: to create a select alumni of world-class financial graduates with the knowledge and skills to future-proof the Kingdom’s financial industry and economy.

As the Kingdom's economy transforms, we believe we need to develop a new generation of young Saudis who are ready to be part of this financial transformation. We aim to teach what the textbooks don’t about Saudi Arabian finance, all brought to life by experts in their fields.

Taught by world-class practitioners, Altamayyuz Academy course is specifically structured to provide the real-world experience you need to get to the next level – all within a matter of months. Unlike traditional academic courses, our approach is direct, supported by mentoring from experts at the cutting edge of the industry. Some of the world’s most respected financial organizations and leaders of industry and business have become our founding members, including Saudi Aramco, National Commercial Bank, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, JP Morgan, KPMG, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, EY and Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.

Altamayyuz Academy Enrichment Program teaches what the textbooks can’t about Saudi Arabian finance, all brought to life by experts in their field. The program is structured to provide the real-world experience you need to get to the next level – all within a matter of months.

We build on your theoretical knowledge through real-world simulations and case studies requiring practical application of models and insights from professors and industry insiders representing our founding members.

And because many of the most valuable skills in business are behavior-driven, developed through our day-to-day interactions and relationships, our program also places emphasis on soft skills including presentation delivery, relationship building and team leadership.

Content from across the different units, talks and programs as well as innovative gamification features will also be available to students through the Academy’s dedicated Pulse website.

To be considered for a place you will need the following:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) with a major in finance, accounting or business administration (non-business majors can be considered provided they have a minimum level of business acumen)
2. Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing
3. As only 50 students will be accepted for each cohort, you must demonstrate high potential
4. For Cohort 1, you will need a minimum 1-4 years of financial experience
5. For Cohort 2, no professional experience is required although all candidates will be screened.
